This page provides information about the upcoming Virginia Fly Fishing & Wine Festival. (Learn more about our Annual Texas Fly Fishing & Brew Festival right here.)
The unique, educational, family-friendly Virginia Fly Fishing & Wine Festival promotes a few of our favorite things: the outdoor lifestyle in general, the quiet sport of fly fishing in particular, and delicious Virginia wines. We are also proud to have wineries from other states as well.
Our vendors are primarily fly fishing fanatics who make and sell everything from flies to outdoor art to custom fly rods to outdoor clothing. They are outdoor artists, fly shop owners, major manufacturers, professional guides and outfitters, and national and international lodge owners. Joining them are reps from outdoor publications, and unique food vendors, from across the Old Dominion. This year we are pleased to have Orkney Springs Distillery joining the Virginia Fly & Wine family to offer spirits.
Our attendees pay a general admission fee, which includes beer, wine, and spirit sampling for patrons over the age of 21. Attendees can also purchase these items onsite and enjoy them throughout the festival grounds. Each attendee receives a full-color map with a schedule of events, and included in general admission is access to dozens of lectures.
We are of course always in the market for new vendors—especially small, independent business owners who are eager to share their passion for the outdoors (and especially for fly fishing) with a new generation of Americans.
We try to make things as easy for our vendors as possible, so all standard booth spaces are 10 x 10, piped and draped. You are invited to bring your own carpet or decorations if you like, but they must be contained in your space. Vendor spaces also come with a table, two chairs, access to wi-fi.
Space is available strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrangements can be made for bulk space.
